We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment - lateness will result in reduced treatment time.
We operate a ‘Quiet Zone’ policy and respectfully ask that all mobile phones are switched off and customers do not bring children to the salon. This ensures quality of service to all our customers.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. No shows or cancellations made on the day of treatment will be charged in full. Full payment in advance may be required for appointments of more than 75 minutes.
